By creating a RYDN account or using the RYDN application or website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Tim Schaefer ("RYDN", "we", "us", or "our"), based in Germany. Continuing to use the Service after changes to these Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at legal@rydn.io if you suspect unauthorised access.
You may not share your account with others or create accounts by automated means. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
RYDN is offered on a subscription basis. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you select. All prices are displayed on the pricing page and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access to the Service until that date.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes take effect at your next renewal date.
All subscription payments are non-refundable. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.
You agree not to:
All content, software, graphics, and branding within the Service — including the RYDN name and logo — are the property of Tim Schaefer or his licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any RYDN intellectual property.
You retain ownership of any workout data or ride logs you create using the Service. You grant RYDN a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process that data solely to provide the Service to you.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RYDN makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.
RYDN is a software training tool, not a medical device. You accept sole responsibility for ensuring that your use of the Service is appropriate for your physical condition. Consult a physician before beginning any new exercise programme.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RYDN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to RYDN in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the breach. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via a notice in the application at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
