You may request a full refund of any subscription payment within 14 days of the charge date, for any reason. No justification is required and no conditions apply. Simply contact us within the 14-day window and we will process your refund promptly.
Refund requests received after 14 days of the original charge date will not be eligible for a refund, except where required by applicable law.

Cancellation does not delete your account or your saved ride data. You can reactivate your subscription at any time.
Annual plans are billed upfront for the full year. The 14-day refund guarantee applies to each annual payment from the date it was charged. After the 14-day window has passed, the remaining balance of the annual plan is non-refundable, though you will retain access until the end of the 12-month period you paid for.
